Minimal clinical anger

Mild clinical anger
It is highly recommended to reduce stress, encourage kindness to oneself and others, examine unhelpful thoughts and beliefs and practice relaxation. Therapy is recommended.
Moderate clinical anger
Therapy for anger management and underlying causes is highly recommended.
Severe clinical anger
