Stress Questionnaire

Over the last two weeks, how often have you been bothered by the following problems?

Please see your results below

The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is a tried and tested stress assessment tool. It helps us understand how different situations affect our feelings and our perceived stress.

The following questions ask about your feelings and thoughts during the last month. In each case, indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way. You should treat each as a separate question. This test will help you to assess whether you could be suffering from chronic stress. Answer the questions based on how you’ve been feeling during the past month.
